Compliance Manager (ManCo)

EMPOWERMENT is delighted to partner with a tier one client who are seeking a Compliance Manager on an initial 12-month contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Support the business with 2nd LOD compliance monitoring

• Support the Head of Compliance in completing their DP duties including on site visits to delegates, preparation of DDQ's, managing of quarterly oversight meetings and managing the minutes/agenda

• Annual review of SLAs with service providers and assisting with the oversight of AML/CTF

• Perform compliance monitoring in line with the overall compliance monitoring plan, including sampling of regulatory returns (PRIIPs/UCITs KIID)

Experience:

• Good understanding of UCITS, AIFMD & MiFID regulations

• Strong knowledge of fund structures and asset classes

• Experience in a compliance department of an Investment Manager, Fund Services Firm or similar

• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
