Finance Lead

​EMPOWERMENT are delighted to partner with a well-respected Irish brand who are seeking a Finance Lead to business partner with their Finance & IT groups. The role operates on a hybrid basis (2/3) and comes with a range of benefits in a collegiate and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review, implement and transform processes for period end reporting

• Detailed analysis of financial performances to budget and forecasting (semi-annual), with explanation on variances

• Provide guidance to senior management on commercial forecast & performance

• Provide support to senior management in managing the P&L of their divisions

• Oversight of AP function and procurement

• Manage the internal & external audit processes

Experience:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with PQE in industry

• Experienced in the preparation of high-quality financial reports for both internal & external use

• Strong systems experience and good working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office and other tools

• Superior communication and writing skills
