Compliance Manager - Funds

​EMPOWERMENT is delighted to partner with a market leading Fund Services global institution to source a talented Compliance & AML Manager.

​

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review AML/CFT & Compliance procedures and policies, while horizon mapping on upcoming regulatory changes and their impacts

• Act as the main point of contact for daily compliance & AML queries, escalating appropriately to the Head of Compliance where required

• Assist with thematic reviews, control testing and support of the annual compliance plan

• Preparation of various reports, and regulatory returns, for the Executive team and Central Bank of Ireland

Experience:

• Minimum of 6+ years in Compliance within Investment Management or Funds

• Demonstrable understanding of regulatory requirements with respect to Compliance & AML/CFT

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Legal or similar with post-graduate qualifications advantageous (ACOI/ACAMs etc.)
