Financial Accountant - Renewables

​EMPOWERMENT is delighted to be working with a high-growth organisation in the renewable energy sector to help them source recently qualified Financial Accountant. It is an exciting time to join this close-knit team as the company is going through a phase of rapid growth. Working closely with the Senior Financial Accountant and CFO, the successful incumbent will be given exposure to a great breadth of interesting work. This position is based in South Dublin but hybrid working is offered.

The Role:  

·        Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements

·        Preparation and submission of tax returns

·        Budgeting and forecasting for the Group

·        Support accounts receivable/payable process

·        Liaise with auditors as required

·        Work alongside other members of the team to help develop financial and management reporting

The Person:  

·        Recently Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

·        Strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills, combined with high attention to detail.

·        Team player

·        Commercial awareness

·        Excellent MS office skills
