Financial Analyst

​An excellent opportunity is presented on an initial 12-month basis (maternity cover) to join a growing international payments firm, based in Dublin, on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

·        Contribute to budget preparation and monthly forecasting for both revenue and operating costs for various business units

·        Undertake monthly analysis of the results against budget and forecast, and deliver detailed revenue and cost analysis

·        Liaise with international colleagues in the finance and accounting departments on month end queries and the alignment of processes, to ensure consistency across the group

·        Present data to business partners to allow simple and clear understanding of results and any implications for forecast

Experience

·        Fully/part qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business discipline

·        Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, ideally within a Financial Services/Payments firm but also other industries

·        Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

·        Previous experience using Hyperion/Oracle highly advantageous
