Our client is looking to hire a Branch Manager/Head of Depositary as they look to drive contiuned growth of their Irish operations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the lead & primary contact for all Depositary relationships, including with the CBI and other regulators
Lead the development and expansion of the Irish Depositary business, representing the firm with integrity and honour at various industry events
Manage delivery of high-quality depositary services to clients.
Lead business development activities, to include pitching.
Experience Required
A minimum of 15+ years’ relevant Depositary/Fund Administration experience.
Superior knowledge of AIFM regulatory requirements (PE/RE/Hedge)
Current, or previously have held, PCF-approval by the CBI
*Only candidates who meet the aforementioned criteria will be shortlisted for the role, and who are residing in Ireland with Irish/EU passport (or operating on minimum of Stamp 4) will be considered
