Internal Audit Manager

​Reporting directly to the Head of Internal Audit, the ideal candidate will support them in the planning and delivery of a variety of audits across the group with excellent exposure to the SMT and Executive.

Responsibilities:

·        Support the Head of IA in the development of the audit strategy

·        Partner closely with Group in the enhancement of 3LOD strategies

·        Lead a variety of audits across financial, technology and operational (among others) producing a high level of reporting

·        Lead discussions with business stakeholders in relation to audit observations and findings, consulting with the Head of Internal Audit where required.

·        Work closely with Compliance and Risk to promote a culture of risk and internal control awareness

·        Partner with the Head of IA in successfully delivering the annual audit plan

Experience:

·        Undergraduate degree with professional accounting or audit qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIA etc.)

·        Experience within Top 10 firm advantageous and prior experience working on fintech/payments audits

·        Superior communication skills, written and verbal

·        Ability to work on own initiative but also to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders
