EMPOWERMENT is delighted to partner with a PE-backed firm, experiencing sustained growth, who are seeking to expand their Transaction Services team. Collaborating with a team of less than 10, your role will be broad with significant scope for accelerated career progression.
Responsibilities:
Interogate large financial data sets to support key investment and M&A activity, presenting to key internal & external stakeholders
Perform financial due diligence across buy & sell side transactions
Partner closely with your Associate Director/Managing Director throughout the transaction lifecycles
Horizon mapping and enhancing technical knowledge in transaction services
Experience:
Qualified Chartered Accountant, through Big Four practice, with 3-5 years' experience and strong academic background
Practice experience within Transaction Services/Corporate Finance or Audit
Superior communication skills and ability to interact with C-suite personnel
