Outsourcing Payroll Senior Manager/Manager

​Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Payroll Manager to join their rapidly expanding Group.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of domestic & international payroll clients and a team of 5

• Act as the escalation point for all payroll related queries and compliance

• Lead and mentor the payroll team, delivering superior client services in adherence to SLA's

• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives, fostering a positive and collaborative culture

• Lead business development initiatives with the Outsourcing Partner and Global Mobility Partner

Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Payroll Management, and prior management experience

• Strong understanding of Irish tax legislation to include Income Tax, PRSI, USC etc

• Exposure to various payroll software package advantageous (e.g. Sage, Thesaurus etc)

• Superior communication skills and ability to network at all levels of an organisation
