The Senior Depositary Analyst will support the delivery of depositary oversight services for UCITS and AIF structures, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, fund documentation, and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

Perform oversight activities to ensure funds operate in line with UCITS/AIFMD regulations, prospectus, and internal procedures
Review and challenge NAV calculations and financial statements produced by fund administrators
Monitor compliance with investment and leverage restrictions and escalate breaches where required
Conduct daily cash monitoring across fund accounts to ensure all transactions are valid and consistent with fund activity, investigating and resolving any non-compliant cash movements

Experience:

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or similar discipline
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Depositary, Fund Accounting or similar
Superior communication skills
