​EMPOWERMENT are delighted to partner with a renewables firm to identify a talented Senior Financial Accountant for their growing team. Working as part of a small finance team, your role will be broad and will report directly to the CFO.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly management accounts and year end financial statements, acting as the primary contact with the external auditors,

  • Annual budgeting & forecasting for the Group, conducting variance analysis and reporting for internal & external stakeholders

  • Management of AP/AR and cashflow modelling

  • Contribute to driving process improvements/automation/systems enhancements

 

Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Maths, Finance or similar discipline

  • Qualified accountant with 4+ years PQE

  • Demonstrable ability to work on one's own initiative but collaborate as a team player

  • Superior communication & presentation skills
