Finance Lead

​EMPOWERMENT is delighted to partner with a well-respected Irish brand who are seeking a Finance Lead on an initial 2-year fixed term contract. The role operates on a hybrid manner (2/3) and comes with a range of benefits in a collegiate and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

·        Review, implement and transform processes for period end reporting

·        Detailed analysis of financial performances to budget and forecasting (semi-annual), with explanation on variances

·        Provide guidance to senior management on commercial forecast & performance

·        Provide support to senior management in managing the P&L of their divisions

·        Oversight of AP function and procurement

·        Manage the internal & external audit processes

Experience:

·        Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with PQE in industry

·        Experienced in the preparation of high-quality financial reports for both internal & external use

·        Strong systems experience and good working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office and other tools

·        Superior communication and writing skills
