Investment Management Support Analyst

​EMPOWERMENT is delighted to partner with a leading Asset Management firm who are seeking an Investment Management Analyst to support their growing team. Candidates who are working as a Senior Fund Accountant/Custody Administrator within Fund Services and are seeking a move to the IM world would be an ideal match for this position.

Responsibilities:

·        Report to the DP for Investment Management and support them in the monitoring of investment management activities

·        Production of daily & periodic reporting for the DP and senior stakeholders (fund boards, management company board etc.)

·        Support the onboarding of new funds, custody account openings etc.

·        Assist in the daily reconciliation of Portfolio holdings with the 3rd party administrators

·        Reconcile NAVs published by the 3rd party administrator to internal systems

·        Assist with daily compliance monitoring tasks

Experience:

·        Minimum of 2-5 years in Asset/Investment Management, Fund Admin or Custody. Tax exposure advantageous

·        Open to candidates coming from Big Four practice with FS & Tax experience

·        Undergraduate degree in a Business/Finance discipline (minimum 2.1)

·        Excellent communication skills, written & verbal

·        Ability to work on own initiative but also collaborate as part of a tight team
