Workplace Investigations Manager/Employment Lawyer

An opportunity is presented to join an expanding Forensic & Investigation Services team in a broad role working closely with the Partner & Director of the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a lead investigator across a range of workplace investigations & protected disclosure investigations.

• Preparing project reports and related outputs to Director/Partner for final stage review.

• Supporting BD activities including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns & delivering successful client pitches

Experience:

• Qualified solicitor coming from practice or with some PQE within industry

• Knowledge/experience of employee relations, employment law, and general HR topics

• Superior communication skills, both verbal and report writing

• Strong IT skills
