Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst

​EMPOWERMENT is partnering with one of our Tier 1 clients on a brand new role for 2024 within their expanding Regulatory Reporting team. Newly established in 2023, but with a highly experienced senior leadership team, this role will offer unparalleled access for the ideal candidate to work closely with the Heads of Regulatory Reporting & the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Build out regulatory reporting processes with strong focus on Capital Reporting.

• Ensure control and governance around regulatory reporting to senior stakeholders.

• Assess the impact of regulatory reporting on new products

• Prepare and submit relevant regulatory reports to relevant authorities

• Other ad-hoc projects as required

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Regulatory Reporting team.

• Experience in capital reporting, specifically CRR & CRD is a must-have

• Knowledge of derivative products

• Strong excel skills, knowledge of Python advantageous

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact at all levels of an organisation with strong attention to detail
