Finance Manager

​If you are qualified accountant and are passionate about travel & tourism, EMPOWERMENT have an excellent new Finance Manager role available. Managing a small team, the ideal candidate will support the Head of Finance in a role that operates in a hybrid & flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the production of the monthly financial accounts and reporting function, and oversight of same

• Ensure timely & accurate preparation of financial reports to include balance sheet, monthly P&L reports and cash flows

• Ensure regulatory and compliance accounting requirements are met

• Lead interim and year end audits for Irish and UK entities

• Support Head of Finance on specialised projects and budgeting/forecasting

Experience:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 4 years' PQE

• Proven managerial experience in a finance function

• Knowledge of FRS 102 and general accounting standards

• Superior communication skills

• Ability to interact with partners at all levels of an organisation
