Accounts Payable Specialist

​Our client, a growing payments firm, are seeking a talented Accounts Payable candidate to join their team on a hybrid basis in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and validating high volumes of invoices

• Ensuring all invoices are compliant and authorised within company guidelines.

• Ensuring payment terms of the assigned supplier are met and preparation of payment backup for vendors

• Reconciling balances to supplier statements

• Reporting and project work as required.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in finance (or similar discipline) and part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

• 3+ years’ experience working in a busy accounts function

• Advanced excel skills.

• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.

• Be an excellent team player with superior communication skills.
