​EMPOWERMENT are exclusively partnered with a leading Irish Plc to help them source two talented Finance Business Partner Managers. In this diverse role, you will act as a key  finance business partner with day-to-day activities including budgeting and forecasting, variance and financial analysis, monthly projections and more.

This role will suit a results and commercially driven qualified accountant with 3-5  years’ PQE, either coming directly from Big 4 practice or in a commercially-focused role in industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly forecasting and analysis

  • Identifying variance between budget and forecast

  • Participate in preparation of annual budget

  • KPI analysis for business initiatives

  • Presenting reports to management and senior stakeholders

  • Conduct periodic financial reviews and agree on action points

  • Ability to manage a team to deliver best in class support

 

Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA.

  • 3-5 Years PQE

  • Experience in financial analysis or financial planning highly advantageous

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Enjoys working cross functionally and collaborating with business partners

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
