​EMPOWERMENT is delighted to partner with a tech firm in west Dublin to identify a talented Financial Controller to join their Group in a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. As a member of the Leadership group, you will report directly to The Board and CEO and will possess a strong commercial mindset.

​

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all financial management of the firm to include reporting, budgeting & forecasting, and cashflow

  • Delivery of monthly management accounts and Board reports

  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, policies and standards

  • Advising the Board on key investment decisions and other financial matters

  • Manage, and grow, a high performing finance team


Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years managerial experience in a finance role

  • Very strong commercial acumen with advanced excel skills (dashboards and modelling)

  • Keen interest in technology

  • Superior communication skills

  • Experience using SQL/Power advantageous
