EMPOWERMENT is delighted to partner with a global legal firm who is seeking a talented Associate with Finance & Capital Markets background to join their growing team. Working on Tier 1 clients encompassing cross-border transactions, this represents an excellent opportunity for an Associate seeking the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate will work closely with partners and associates in advising a variety of clients on the full range of debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, securitisation and structured finance transactions.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified lawyer with 2-4 years PQE and ideally have prior experience in finance, structured finance or debt capital markets in a large practice (or in-house)
Excellent academic background
Superior communication skills and strong commercial background
