​EMPOWERMENT is delighted to partner with a leading Law Firm to identify a talented qualified lawyer and Chartered Tax Advisor to join their expanding tax team in Dublin.

​

Responsibilities:

  • Advising domestic and international blue-chip clients on a wide range of financial & commercial transactions including debt capital markets, corporate tax, aircraft leasing, M&A, cross border tax planning and more. A sample of areas of tax advice include:

    • Debt issuance and securitisations (ABS/CLOs etc.)

    • Aircraft Finance & Leasing

    • Corporate restructuring and M&A

    • Real estate acquisitions and disposals

    • Private Equity investments

    • Investment Funds

​

Experience:

  • Irish Qualified lawyers with 2-5 years post qualification experience who have passed, or are in the process of completing their training to be a, Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA)

  • Strong academic skills

  • Good knowledge and interest in domestic, EU & International tax (Pillar 2, ATAD, DAC6 etc.)
