Client Accounting Manager

​EMPOWERMENT is delighted to partner with a corporate services provider seeking a talented qualified accountant to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional accounting services, oversight and financial guidance for a portfolio of SPVs with a focus on structured finance and aviation, reporting directly to the AD.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising the accounting team

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and annual financial statements

• Answer accounting queries on SPV transactions (CLO's, structured finance, aviation etc.)

• Oversee all tax compliance matters and submission of returns

• Assume client directorships were required and support the onboarding of new clients

Experience:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA)

• Experience supervising or managing accounting teams

• Proven experience in accounting for Irish SPVs, (aviation, structured finance etc.)

• Strong knowledge of Irish GAAP & IFRS

• Superior communication skills
