ESG Reporting Manager

​EMPOWERMENT is delighted to partner with a highly respected Irish firm who are seeking a talented ESG Manager to join their team, in a newly-created role. Reporting directly to the Head of Sustainability, you will play a key role in strengthening and managing the sustainability reporting framework while partnering with key internal & external stakeholder.

Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor ESG metrics and KPI's to support the ESG strategy & scorecard

• Identify gaps and opportunities in ESG performance

• Prepare ESG reports and disclosures, including sustainability reports and other relevant documents

• Partner closely with Internal Audit, Risk & other stakeholders to ensure compliance with CSRD requirements and ESRS regulations

• Partner with Head of Sustainability in researching and benchmarking industry ESG trends, responding to queries from investors, clients and regulators

Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or similar discipline

• Professional Accounting qualification advantageous, or qualifications in sustainability

• Proven and demonstrable experience in sustainability reporting, ESG audits and working with reporting standards CSRD

• Superior communication skills
