Group Finance Director

An excellent opportunity is presented for an accompished Finance Director to join a rapidly growing technology business based in South Dublin, reporting directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overarching strategy for financial governance and reporting, ensuring alignment with group-level objectives and preparing for future public listing requirements.

• Lead all aspects of group financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in both internal and statutory financial statements.

• Enhance the integrity of financial controls, policies, and closing processes to streamline operations and ensure high standards of governance.

• Manage the company’s approach to emerging regulatory and sustainability reporting requirements (to include CSRD

• Oversee the organization’s tax strategy, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and managing key tax areas such as transfer pricing, VAT, and international structuring.

• Direct the treasury function, managing cash flow, liquidity, FX exposure, and hedging strategies to optimize financial performance.

• Partner with the Commercial Finance teams to provide actionable insights into financial performance and trends

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across various finance functions, including reporting, tax, and treasury.

Experience:

• Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior finance leadership roles across Big Four or large multinational fi

• Technical expert in IFRS with strong knowledge in Tax and transfer pricing

• Experience with ERP/transformation advantageous

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic vision
