Finance Manager (MiFID)

​​This newly created role is presented with a growing fintech firm (MiFID) who are expanding their group in 2023 with private equity backing. The successful candidate will work very closely with both the CFO & CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for review and production of monthly divisional management accounts, including analysis of variances and production of commentary

• Assisting with preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasts

• Developing specific Management pack for Senior Management and the Board to include KPI’s and key financial & business performance metrics.

• Production, analysis and submission of various regulatory returns to the CBI

• Deputise for Head of Finance where required

Experience:

• Qualified accountant with some years PQE

• Experience working in a Financial Services/Fintech environment in a finance team

• MiFID experience/knowledge is highly advantageous along with IFRS

• Superior communication skills – ability to engage with executive stakeholders

• Proven team player with ability to work on own initiative
