Finance Manager - Renewables

​EMPOWERMENT have partnered with a dynamic, international renewable company in Dublin to help them source a Finance Manager (circa 8 years PQE). Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will become a pivotal member of the finance team, with particular exposure to their US portfolio. This role would suit an ambitious qualified accountant looking for a varied, commercial, and operationally focused position. Excellent remuneration package on offer plus hybrid working.

The Role:

·        Oversee financial matters in the group

·        Financial reporting, and investor reporting

·        Support wider business in operational and commercial activities

·        Liaise with operations teams acting as a key finance business partner

·        Manage and assist a small finance team.

·        Assist with due diligences, join ventures, financings.

·        Involvement in budgeting and forecasting

The Person: 

·        ACA/ACCA qualified accountant (6-10 years PQE)

·        Big 4 or Top 10 trained (audit or accounting) plus industry experience.

·        Strong understanding of IFRS (US GAAP highly advantageous)

·        Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Commercial acumen

·        Interest in sustainability
