Fund Documentation Associate (KIID)

​My client, a leading Investment Manager based in Dublin, is seeking a talented Funds/Investment Management professional to join their growing team. This role offers strong career development potential, partnering closely with the leadership team in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Production of monthly factsheets in multiple languages

• Co-ordinate the production of annual and ad hoc KIIDs documents with respect to UCITs and PRIIPs

• Take a proactive approach in launching new share classes (obtain ISIN's, Ticker's etc.)

• Ensure the data is properly disseminated to data providers and regulators

• Liaise with SME's and marketing colleagues across the firm globally to collect and maintain fund information

• Support the wider operations group with respect to NAV oversight and shareholder dealing

Experience

• Undergraduate degree in a business/finance discipline

• 3-4 years experience either with UCITs funds or Fund Documentation for Irish/UK funds

• Exposure to KIID production and PRIIPs highly advantageous, along with experience using Morningstar

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work on own initiative

This role operates on a hybrid basis of 2 days in the office and comes with a strong salary and benefits package.
