Investment Management 3rd Party Oversight & Outsourcing Analyst

​An excellent opportunity is presented for a Funds/Investment Mgmt candidate with a few years' experience to join a growing 3rd Party Oversight team with a leading investment manager. Reporting directly into the Global Head of Third Party Oversight the role is diverse and offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders across the business. There will be a strong emphasis on risk reduction & strengthening of controls in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Support the review of the Outsourcing Policy in line with regulatory requirements and evolving industry standards

• Maintain the Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Database, liaising with vendor relationship managers to ensure compliance

• Prepare Outsourcing Committee papers and other reports for key governance meetings

• Assist with the coordination of Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Forums and key governance meetings

• Assist the Global Head of Third-Party Oversight with relationship governance for Suppliers

• Coordinate the annual Third-Party due diligence activity on third party providers in line Framework

Experience:

• 2-5 year's experience in Fund Services/Investment Management

• Applicable degree or professional qualification relating to the role

• Ability to process and present large volumes of data

• Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
