Manager - Finance Business Partner

Our client, a world-leading healthcare organisation, is seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager (3-5 years PQE) to join their dynamic, fast-paced team in Dublin. This candidate will have unparalleled exposure to senior decision makers in the business. They will play a key role in evaluating company performance whilst also having an opportunity to influence positive changes within the Group.

The Role:

• Provide Department leaders with monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc financial reports and analysis.

• Assist in the development of financial management initiatives and projects

• Providing opinion, financial insights and strategic input to executive stakeholders

• Develop, manage and analyse capital spend business cases

• Analyse and translate data into key strategic inputs and insights to drive decision making

• Develop annual and long-term financial plans

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packs.

• Prepare monthly financial forecasts including budget reconciliations and supporting analysis

• Support Finance Senior Manager in broader consolidation and management of 1 supporting analyst

The Person:

• Fully qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA

• 3 - 5 years post qualification experience in an industry financial role

• Proficient level of financial analysis, problem solving and reporting

• People management experience

• High level of communication and presentations skills

• Good systems experience, Oracle, Hyperion, PowerPoint an advantage

• Excellent Excel knowledge
