EMPOWERMENT is delighted to be partnered with a successful Irish hotel group that are seeking a Project Accountant to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will be a recently qualified accountant with a blend of audit experience and who is highly motivated.
Responsibilities
To work with onsite hotel finance teams to review internal control processes, as identified by the Regional Heads of Finance, and help to implement new controls and processes in line with group control procedures and requirements
Spend time working on the newly designed processes, to help to iron out problems, to then see it through creating SOP’s that are easy to follow for the onsite hotel accounts teams.
Work on finance related projects as identified by Head Office or Regional Heads of Finance.
Some domestic travel will be required
Experience
Newly qualified ACA accountant with a range of audit experience
Experience working both with a team but also leading projects and taking initiative
Highly motivated individual
