Senior Governance Associate

​An excellent opportunity is presented for an experienced Governance professional to join an expanding financial services firm based in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Senior Governance Manager on the design & implementation of governance frameworks, policies and structures

• Partner on the management of new regulatory projects, new proposals and Senior Executive Accountability Regime

• Support the scope and delivery on the group strategy & business plans

Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Legal or related discipline

• Minimum of 4-5 years' working in governance within financial services

• Strong knowledge of IAT & SEAR

• Superior communication skills and ability to partner with senior executives in an organisation
