EMPOWERMENT is delighted to expand with a small, but growing, fintech based in Dublin 2 who are seeking a Compliance Officer to join their dynamic team, reporting directly to the Head of Compliance.

Experience:

·        Implementing and maintaining a robust compliance framework with respect to MiFID & AML frameworks

·        Maintain compliance procedures, policies and frameworks

·        Preparation of compliance reporting for senior management, Board and CBI

·        Assist with regulatory compliance mapping and industry updates

Responsibilities:

·        Undergraduate degree in finance/accounting/maths/finance or similar

·        Professional qualification advantageous (ACA/ACOI)

·        Experience working in Top Accounting practice within Risk Consulting/Compliance or with some industry experience in a Compliance role in MiFID regulated/Asset Management/FS firm

·        Superior communication skills and the ability to network at all levels of an organisation

**This role operates on a hybrid basis of 3 days in the office with an attractive base salary and strong benefits package
