EMPOWERMENT is delighted to expand with a small, but growing, fintech based in Dublin 2 who are seeking a Risk Officer to join their dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, this would represent an excellent opportunity for a candidate with industry experience in a MiFID regulated firm or coming directly from Risk Consulting within a Top 4 practice firm.

Responsibilities:

•Assist with the maintenance of risk registers, frameworks, procedures and policies

•Report on, and monitor, KRI's on a monthly & periodic basis

•Production and presentation of risk reporting to senior management

•Adhoc projects relating to risk and improving governance and best practices

Experience:

•Undergraduate degree in business/accounting/maths/finance or similar discipline

•Additional qualifications beneficial (ACA, risk)

•Experience in risk consulting within Big 4 practice or in an industry role with a MiFID regulated/FS firm

*Only candidates residing in Ireland with Irish/EU passport considered due to nature of the role
