​Finance Manager

EMPOWERMENT is delighted to expand with a small, but growing, fintech based in Dublin 2 who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. Ably supported and mentored by an exceptional leadership team, this role would represent an excellent opportunity for a recently/newly qualified chartered accountant in an industry role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements

  • Assist in the annual budgeting process, financial modelling and forecasting with periodic comparisons to actual

  • Assist in tax compliance matters and regulatory returns to the CBI

  • Exposure to additional project finance work

Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in finance/accounting or similar and a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

  • Experience within top 10 practice working on FS clients (MiFID, Banking, Insurance)

  • Superior communication skills and the ability to network at all levels of an organisation

 

*Only fully qualified accountants residing in Ireland with Irish/EU passport considered due to nature of the role

**This role operates on a hybrid basis of 3 days in the office
