Finance Manager

​Are you an accountant seeking more responsibility & autonomy? Do you have at least 3 years’ experience? Do you like variety in your role? EMPOWERMENT have partnered with a reputable business based in South Dublin to help them source a Finance Manager. You will be given overall responsibility for the day to day running of the small finance function.

The Role:

• Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage the day to day running of the finance department and function

• Maintain financial records

• Processing accounts payable, and receivable

• Management on invoices and tax payments

• Upload statements to ERP system

• Handle payroll in a timely manner

• Make improvements with systems and processes

• Dealing with queries from auditors, Revenue, bank etc.

• Annual budgeting

• Adhoc duties

The Person:

• Accounting qualification desirable

• At least 3 years’ accounting/bookkeeping experience in industry or small-medium practice

• Solid working knowledge of accounting and payroll systems

• Leadership, communication & people management skills

• Proficient IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
