An excellent opportunity is presented to join a market leading Investment Team in a large Real Estate firm in a collegiate and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of investment documentation to support key decision making by senior management
Preparation of accurate financial models across the portfolio and for future potential transactions
Support business development cases with respect to new portfolio acquisitions
Production of regular reports for the CIO and senior executives
Experience:
Undergraduate degree in business/real estate discipline. Pursuit of CAIA/CFA qualification advantageous but not essential
Minimum of 2-3 years in an Investment Analyst role, ideally within the Real Estate/Investment space
Superior communication skills
