Restructuring - Recently Qualified

​EMPOWERMENT have partnered with the Irish arm of a market-leading UK-based corporate restructuring and insolvency firm to help them source recently qualified restructuring professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute and grow with the newly established Dublin based firm. A diverse role, you will play a key role across a range of assignment types. You will also get to work with a dynamic and talented team of exceptional colleagues.

Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

• Work with management to provide support on restructuring and insolvency assignments

• Get involved in the production of reports for various restructuring projects

• Carry out financial analysis and investigations on the financial position of companies

• Engage with a variety of different stakeholders in the receivership process i.e. borrowers, tax advisors, solicitors, Revenue etc

• Participate in weekly meetings, presentations when required.

The Person:

• Recently qualified with ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification

• Background in restructuring required. Experience with examinerships, liquidations or receivership assignments

• Strong commercial and business acumen

• Excellent communicator

• Proficient IT skills e.g. Excel and Microsoft Word

• Team player
